Dr. Mahmoud was unanimously elected by members of the governing board and shareholders as the Chair of the Governing Board / Chief Executive Officer of the International School of Elite Education “ISEE” on September 2011, his key role is to lead the team of governors in order to enable it to function effectively and efficiently.

Dr. Mahmoud was born in Saudi Arabia in 1985, with a pharmaceutical background, worked in Egypt in the education and pharmaceutical industries where he became an active member of society.

Dr. Mahmoud has a great experience in strategic management, working for the last 10 years as a managing director of a well-established construction company specialized in the field of real estate development and property management. He is an active member of Cairo society, involved in different charities, and running many successful events.

Dr. Mahmoud is also acting as (1) child protection and safeguarding lead governor to ensure that child protection is receiving proper consideration and that the governing body is discharging its statutory duties (2) chair of finance advisory, audit and risk assurance committee to advise the Board on budgetary and financial matters, including the preparation of the preliminary budget showing: (a) the anticipated income available for the ensuing twelve months (both from normal transactions and from other activities). (b) the proposed expenditure to be made. (c) details of any funds held for special purposes.

Eng. Mounes was elected by shareholders on September 2011 in the position of the Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of the International School of Elite Education “ISEE”, his key role is to support the chairperson and deputise for the chair as required.

Eng. Mounes is also acting as the chair of Wellbeing and Premises Committee to ensure the school is fulfilling its responsibilities regarding child protection and the requirements of keeping children safe in education.



Mr. Marwan is the founder and chief executive officer of AM Capital LLC, Dubai, UAE (www.amcapital-llc.com). With an experienced team of associates and analysts, he leads AM Capital’s efforts in executing corporate finance and investment banking transactions, originates and manages corporate finance advisory and M & A transactions within the region of MENA and GCC.


Mr. Marwan was born in Lebanon 1985, holds Canadian/Lebanese nationalities. After he completed the bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance at the American University of Beirut (June 2008), he started his career in Ernst & Young (EY), Lebanon as an associate for 2 years before he completed the Chartered Financial Analyst certification in June 2010.


Mr. Marwan over the past decade, has sat on various boards and chairs of audit/finance advisory committees in many of reputable firms specialized in different industries within the region advising the board of directors/CEOs on a periodic basis regarding several financial proposals, existing and prospective investments decisions. He assisted various family groups on governance, asset allocation and diversification matters.
